Can I change or update my online order?

We will do our best to make updates if you contact us as quickly as possible. The fastest way to do this is via chat. 

To chat to us look for the help icon at the bottom right hand side of your screen. 

 

What if it's too late to update my order?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address please let us know and we'll contact our postal service provider to ask that they update this for you or return your delivery to us. If they are able to return to us we will then contact you to confirm the correct address.
